I had an amazing stay with wonderful views over the Solent from my room's balcony. The room was well equipped with a separate seating area, spacious bathroom, and complimentary toiletries, making it a cozy retreat. The location is perfect, just a short stroll from West Cowes centre and close to the promenade for beautiful views. The dining experience was delightful, and the service was exceptional with various amenities available.
The hotel is a charming spot with spacious rooms offering lovely views of the sea, though the furnishings are a bit dated. The balcony was a nice touch for enjoying tea with a view. The service was accommodating, and the location was ideal for exploring the town on foot, but the wardrobe space was limited. Dining in the beautiful setting with sea views was delightful with homemade cakes.
The hotel offers a lovely view of the sea from the big windows, and the garden room off to the side of the main building, although more 80s than Victorian style, is well-equipped with a separate seating area, lots of wardrobe space, Smart TV, and a spacious bathroom with a big walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries, making it exceptional even for accommodating my dog to sleep there.
